Away days can be the most valuable time you spend together as a team, service, practice or Board. Or they can be a huge waste of time, money and energy - worse, they can even demotivate and cause destructive conflict.
Really Learning has developed a particular approach to away days. We will happily work with you to design and facilitate your day (or however long your protected time) but we ask you to commit to:
allowing us to involve all the participants in the design process
all participants fulfilling an agreed role on the day itself
reflection on process as well as content at the end of the day
reading and discussing a written summary of the outcomes of the day
a follow up meeting, at an agreed interval, to reflect on progress.
