RCGP Leadership Programme

For the last five years Valerie Iles has led the team offering the national leadership programme for the RCGP, which we called Better Leaders, Better Doctors.

In that time we have worked with almost 150 GPs and others, challenging, supporting , irritating and enabling. It has been hugely interesting and rewarding and great fun. We look forward to keeping in touch with our alumni through summer schools, round robins and email debates, as well as one-to-one meetings.

Valerie leads or contributes to a wide range of personal and leadership development programmes for healthcare organisations or universities.
